At 18:50 on Tuesday, 31 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water
• Hosereel jet

30 ft conifer tree, rubbish and grass alight, 3 separate seats of fire. Crews used buckets of water and an extended hose reel jet to extinguish.
