At 11:27 on Friday, 3 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. Operations and Hazmat officers were in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

1 male fallen down disused 6ft pit. Crews assisting ambulance to move casualty using rescue platform from the Rescue Tender.
