At 08:32 on Sunday, 12 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Hazardous Substances.

3 fire appliances including the Environmental Protection Unit and the Prime Mover were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Tweedale.

Request from Police to identify substance in drums on vehicle outside Countrywide Store which proved to be sealed and containing Methanol and chip fat.
