At 18:24 on Tuesday, 14 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Reports of hedge on fire which proved to be 12 metres of conifer hedge on fire. 2 hose reel jets were used to extinguish fire
