At 12:10 on Sunday, 9 December, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smell Of Burning.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Smell of burning in commercial property. Crews carried out a thorough investigation. Nothing found.
