At 16:46 on Thursday, 3 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in St Georges.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approx 2m x 2m of gorse on fire. Crews have used 1 hose reel to extinguish the fire
