At 16:01 on Sunday, 6 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Crew extinguished 4 seats of fire using 2 hose reel jets, a thermal imaging camera and draghooks.
