At 05:50 on Monday, 21 January, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Telford .

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
