At 03:00 on Wednesday, 13 March, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the British Red Cross Fire and Emergency Support Service (FESS) .

Kitchen 80% involved in fire. Crews used 1 Hose Reel Jet and 2 Breathing Apparatus to extinguish.
