At 13:36 on Monday, 1 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as SSC Urgent in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews assisted West Midlands Ambulance Service to rescue 1 female who had fallen and sustained an injured leg
