At 06:25 on Thursday, 11 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Fire involving one bale of hay. Crews used one hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
