At 01:35 on Thursday, 18 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Door opener

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Smoke detector operating due to small fire caused by unattended cooking on hob. Crews ventilated property.
