At 01:58 on Thursday, 18 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

False alarm good intent. Thorough check of building made, and advice given.
