At 16:27 on Saturday, 20 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

6 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley, Prees, Shrewsbury, Telford, Tweedale and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Knapsacks
• Main jet

Two separate seats of fire on The Ercall, with mutiply fire appliances and special appliances in attedance fighting the fire. Fire fighting ceased at approximately 19:52 with a watching brief being undertaken for approximately 1 hour. Reinspection will take place
