At 16:55 on Monday, 22 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving grass and undergrowth on disused railway embankment. Three hose reel jets and beater in use.
