At 16:32 on Monday, 20 May, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal .

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton, Newport and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Road traffic collision involving 2 vehicles. Two casualties extricated by fire service personnel using hydraulic cutting equipment, now in care of ambulance service personnel. Police also in attendance.
