At 15:06 on Wednesday, 10 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in near Robinson and Young, Shrewsbury Road, Wem.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem.

One car in collision with wall and overturned in field. Four casualties out of car on arrival of fire service. Fire crew assisting Ambulance crew with casualty care.
