At 16:13 on Saturday, 20 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving base of tree, approx. 1 metre sq. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish.
