At 15:12 on Wednesday, 24 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Muxton, Newport .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Kitchen fire involving a cooker.
