At 03:51 on Monday, 12 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Weston Heath, Shifnal.

11 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform, the Incident Support Unit, the Light Pumping Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Newport, Shrewsbury, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. Operations, Hazmat, Fire Investigation, Safety and Principal officers were in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police and a utility company.
