At 15:25 on Tuesday, 20 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Small bonfire which had spread to nearby grass area. Fire extinguished using 1 hose reel jet and fogging system.
