At 09:09 on Wednesday, 25 December, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Ludlow.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire crew requested by Ambulance service to assist carrying a casualty down from the hill.
