At 16:22 on Monday, 30 December, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving log burner in domestic property. Assistance from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
