At 09:42 on Saturday, 4 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Smell Of Burning in Wellington.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident involved an overheating light fitting which was isolated by crews and advice given.
