At 23:05 on Saturday, 18 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Whitchurch.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Thermal imaging camera
