House Fire Persons Reported

At 18:52 on Thursday, 23 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire Persons Reported in The Grove, Wem.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees, Shrewsbury and Wem.

Incident involved fire in kitchen dining area. One casualty rescued from property and oxygen therapy administered by fire crews. Fire crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 covering jet to extinguish fire. Casualty was left in care of ambulance service
