At 03:19 on Friday, 24 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
