At 12:37 on Thursday, 6 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Gledrid.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Call received to report of person trapped , on arrival of fire service 1 person was in care of ambulance service and not trapped
