At 18:24 on Monday, 10 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Factory Fire.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by high pressure steam system rupturing.
