At 11:54 on Tuesday, 24 March, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Hedge Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

This incident involved a length of hedgerow alight. Extinguished using drag rakes and 2 hose reel jets.
