At 19:24 on Sunday, 29 March, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance including the Aerial Ladder Platform was mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Fire involving chimney in domestic property. Aerial ladder platform also in attendance to assist with difficult access.
