At 18:16 on Monday, 6 April, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Fire involving 10-15 tonnes of horse manure alight. Crews using two hose reel jets and drag rakes to extinguish.
