Station ground: Cleobury Mortimer

At 18:51 on Friday, 8 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Crews damping down large woodchip pile, approximately 30 tonnes, using one hose reel jet. Temperature checks also being carried out.
