At 16:04 on Friday, 22 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Gobowen.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry and Wellington.

One Cow stuck in muddy ditch. Fire crews are currently liaising with Farmer. One large cow released fro broken water ditch using line strops and manpower.
