Fire In Open

At 19:30 on Sunday, 24 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Small quantity of bales on fire. Crews using one hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
