At 17:31 on Monday, 25 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Lee Brockhurst.

4 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Market Drayton, Minsterley, Prees, Wem and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Knapsacks

Fire in the open approximately 20m x 20m of trees and undergrowth.
