At 16:30 on Wednesday, 27 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bishops Castle.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun.

This incident involved commercial waste on fire. Two hose reel jets used to extinguish fire.
