At 09:01 on Sunday, 31 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks
• Shovels/Forks/Brooms

Fire from unattended bar-be-que which has spread to grass and undergrowth, roughly 3 metres square.
