At 13:04 on Tuesday, 23 June, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Church Stretton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews assisted ambulance crew, carrying a casualty off the Long Mynd.
