At 17:56 on Wednesday, 1 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Whitchurch.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
