At 21:17 on Tuesday, 28 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

1 LGV with overheating brakes being cooled by Fire Service personnel using 1 hose reel jet.
