At 09:16 on Thursday, 6 August, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as HGV Fire in Telford.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This was a false alarm caused by plumes of dust being mistaken for smoke
