At 15:12 on Tuesday, 8 September, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Shed Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

This incident involved a tree house fully involved in fire along with adjacent trees, hedges and undergrowth. Ignition was caused by a unattended bonfire.
