At 10:37 on Monday, 14 September, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Church Bank, Brampton Road, Bishops Castle .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle.

Call to a car fire which was found to be steam coming from the engine compartment of the vehicle. Fire crew made the vehicle safe using small gear.
