At 21:03 on Tuesday, 29 September, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Minsterley and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Triple/Short extension ladder

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

This incident involved 1 light commercial vehicle which had left the carriageway and gone down an embankment.
