At 16:36 on Monday, 28 December, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire on ground floor in heating element gas cannister.
