At 16:39 on Monday, 5 April, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Broseley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Reports of wood pile involved in fire. Quantity of horse manure and wood shavings alight. Crews using one hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
