At 04:25 on Saturday, 10 April, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Call to person trapped following vehicle leaving the roadway. On arrival crews found 1 person had self-extricated and Fire Service personnel assisted further passenger from the vehicle.
