At 04:10 on Wednesday, 14 April, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Flood Affecting Electrics in Albrighton Hall Hotel, Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Fault in hot water system within spa building caused overflowing water in roof void which affected electrics. Short extension ladder and thermal imaging camera used by fire crews to deal with incident.
