At 12:15 on Thursday, 3 June, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles. Two casualties assisted from a vehicle by Fire Service and Ambulance personnel
